Michael McCavitt, D.C., is a native Peorian and graduate of Notre Dame High School. After suffering several injuries playing football and baseball at Knox College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Dr. McCavitt sought help from a chiropractor.

I was impressed how quickly my body was able to heal itself with chiropractic care; and I didn't have to resort to medications or surgery.

 

Dr. McCavitt pursued his passion to help people recover from injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle at National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997. He opened his practice, McCavitt Chiropractic & Acupunture, in 2003 in Peoria, Illinois.

Dr. McCavitt actively partners with patients who seek alternative health solutions to drugs and surgery. He stays active and spends his free time with his wife and son.
